Implemented in the app

Local workout tracking, exercise library, programs, training history, body tracking, GPS recording, trainer Studio, coaching, and video playback. Optional friends, weekly device-recorded challenges, and activity sharing.

Being prepared for release

Device validation, Apple Health and Health Connect permission review, store assets and listings, purchase setup, notification delivery, backend deployment verification, and the first trainer pilot.

Further ahead

An Apple Watch app, expanded equipment profiles, periodization, and deeper progression tools. These are planned work, not available features.

A few useful answers.

Can I download DoWork today?

DoWork is in development and is not generally available. This page is a product overview, with illustrative previews. Store links will be added here when a tested release is available.

What works without a connection?

The core training ledger lives on your device. Cloud features such as trainer discovery, purchases, uploads, and coaching need connectivity. Downloaded trainer videos also depend on valid access.

Is my training shared automatically?

No. Social starts off. Enable it to add friends and accept challenges, then explicitly sync device-recorded workout totals. Posting to the feed is a separate choice. Turning social off leaves challenges, deletes uploaded device summaries, and makes your posts private.

Which wearables can count toward challenges?

The app imports eligible device-recorded workouts through Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android, as well as its own foreground GPS recorder. Your wearable must first sync to one of those health services. This is not a standalone Apple Watch app. Native integration is implemented and still needs physical-device release validation.

Is a recovery score a medical assessment?

No. Recovery indicators are estimates based on logged training. They cannot measure how you feel or account for every factor affecting recovery.

What does trainer access cost?

Pricing and purchase availability will be confirmed for release. The app reads eligible store offerings rather than promising a price that may not be available.
